Triguard FR

TRIGUARD FR is a water-based, intumescent coating that can withstand extreme temperatures for a longer period of time (up to One hours). TRIGUARD FR is non-toxic and environmentally safe. TRIGUARD FR has no toxic fumes, little or no odor and has passed the stringent requirements for solvents and emissions fumes or gases. TRIGUARD FR contains fire to its room of origin. By protecting the walls and ceilings and preventing them from contributing to the fire, TRIGUARD FR will limit the amount of combustible materials available for flashover. This will prevent the fire from spreading or, at a minimum, slow it down thus giving people time to escape and firemen time to arrive and safely save property.

How To Apply

  • Cleaning: Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Any previous of fungus algae or moss needs to be removed
  • Filling: Minor Surface imperfection such as holes, dent, and cracks are to be filled with Triguard Acrylic Wall Putty and large holes to be filled with only by using mixture of white cement and fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3). PH of the surface must be between 7-8 and properly dry at the time of application of primer and paints. Freshly – plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. Apply top coats as follows.

Triguard Exterior Acrylic Emulsion

Description
Exterior Emulsion Paints are manufactured using pure Acrylic Emulsion give high performance. They exhibit tough resistance to ultra violet rays of sun, snow with non-fading colors and with anti-fungal properties and protecting the external surfaces of the building from weathering conditions

• Area Of Application –Asbe4stos sheets, concrete wall plasters etc.
• Precaution-Not Recommended on lime wash.
• Method Of Application- 1 coats primer, 2-3 coats paints.
• Primer Triguard Exterior-interior primer.
• Thinning -40/50% by volume
• Coverage-130/140sqft/Ltr Per Coat
• Finish –Smooth matt finish
• Packing Available- 20 Ltrs, 10 Ltrs,4 Ltrs & 1 Ltrs.

  • MIXING RATIO:-
    Stir all products thoroughly each time before use. Shake the can well during 2 minute after hearing the ball rattles. Spray at a distance for 25/30 minutes applying thin, quick and criss-cross layers leaving a few minutes between layers to dry. In order achieve a uniform finish and avoid any dripping, it is advisable to apply two thin layers instead of a thick one. At the end of the application, turn the can over and spray until only gas comes out. Adjust Spray viscosity by using recommended thinner (Application viscosity = 20-25 seconds). After application Spray gun must be clean properly to avoid any damage.
    STORAGE PRECAUTIONS:
    It is combustible. The container should be kept in sealed, dry, cool, well ventilated place under normal condition and stored in accordance with national regulation
    This product contains flammable solvents, keep away from heat, sparks and open flame.
    HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL DATA:
    1. Avoid prolong contact with skin and Eye breathing of vapor, or spray mist.
    2. Proper Ventilation in Application Area
    3. Use Mask, Safety Shoes, Goggles, and Hand Gloves.
    4. During application of paint, contact of liquid paint with eyes, skin, inhalation of paint mist and paint vapor should be strongly avoided.
    5. For spray application systems; applicator should wear protective clothing, Hand gloves, Mask Safety Shoes, Goggles, also skin and respiratory protection are always recommended.
    6. Keep away from reach of children.
